Gott7 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and gott7 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the gott7 website at gott7.click, including all services, features, content, and functionality available within it.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, or using any part of the gott7 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute condition of using the platform.

Gott7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2User Eligibility

To register and use gott7's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. gott7 does not permit the use of the platform by underage individuals and takes this matter very seriously.
• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals banned or restricted by gott7 due to prior violations of these terms.
• Not accessing the platform from any region or jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly or implicitly prohibited.
• Using only legitimately earned personal funds for all betting activities on the platform.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on gott7 at any one time. This policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as required in the registration form, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Updating your information whenever changes occur to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
• Notify gott7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you notice any suspicious activity.

Gott7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on gott7 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX

You acknowledge that all deposits made to your gott7 account are strictly for entertainment and wagering purposes. Deposited funds do not earn interest. gott7 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your payment provider.

Gott7 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of being connected to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities. In such cases, gott7 may freeze the account in question and report it to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

All successful deposits will be credited to your gott7 account within a few minutes. If the credit has not been received within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your gott7 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the gott7 account. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
• Any bonus received must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Gott7 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed a certain amount.

Gott7 reserves the right to withhold or suspend a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or while an investigation is ongoing. In such cases, the user will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification.

Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered may be returned to the original payment method, subject to the verification process. gott7 does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals; however, a fee may apply for withdrawals that exceed a set number within a given period.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Gott7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and other periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer.

General terms applicable to all gott7 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) of the bonus amount received.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus that is unused or whose conditions are not met within this period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or employing betting strategies designed to secure risk-free winnings (bonus hunting) — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Gott7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. gott7's decisions regarding bonus claims and the interpretation of promotion terms are final.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on gott7 are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets that have been confirmed and processed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Gott7 reserves the right to void any bet resulting from a technical error, pricing error, or significant system disruption.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the specified timeframe, the rules specific to that event will apply. Please refer to the Sports Betting section for further details.
• For casino games, outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system or by a live dealer are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, gott7 will use transaction logs and system records as the definitive point of reference.

Gott7 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member at any time without providing a reason, as part of the platform's risk management.

8User Conduct

As a gott7 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the gott7 platform without written authorisation.
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any game, promotion, or system on gott7.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account.
• Using the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or financing prohibited activities.
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the infrastructure, security, or integrity of the gott7 platform.
• Impersonating another person or providing misleading information about your identity to gott7 or other members.
• Engaging in any action that may negatively affect the experience of other users on the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and legal action where necessary.

9Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your gott7 account. This includes:

• Use a strong, unique password for your gott7 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Do not save your password on any shared or publicly accessible device.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Reporting any suspicious activity on your account to the gott7 support team immediately.

Gott7 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, contact us immediately so that protective measures can be taken.

Gott7 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your payment information is not permanently stored in gott7's systems — it is used solely to process the relevant transaction.

10Account Termination

Gott7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Facilitating or enabling fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of unauthorised software or any other dishonest methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the gott7 support team. Prior to closure, all applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Any valid remaining balance (not subject to any restrictions) will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11Limitation of Liability

Gott7 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties except as specifically stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, gott7 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activities on the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond gott7's direct control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to keep your login credentials secure.
• Betting decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete information obtained from external sources.
• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

In all circumstances, gott7's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendments to Terms

Gott7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on the gott7 website. For significant changes, gott7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to members via their registered email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to check this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the last revision was made.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days shall be referred to the designated dispute resolution process.

Users agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought before the jurisdiction designated by gott7, and users waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
